Hi, I am Mackenzie.


I'm a Topeka, Kansas-based photographer with a heart for storytelling through images. My journey behind the lens began in 2018 when I started my business out of a simple love for photography. That same year, I married my husband and together we moved to Camp Lejeune, NC, where my business grew alongside our life in the military.

In 2021, we returned to Topeka to put down roots and raise our two amazing kids, Riley and Ezra. This city is home, and I'm so grateful to continue serving families, couples, and individuals here and beyond.

Over the years, my “why” behind the camera has evolved. What started as a passion has turned into something far more meaningful — a way to connect with people, celebrate life’s big and small moments, and preserve memories that matter. I’ve had the incredible honor of photographing weddings, proposals, births, adoptions, military homecomings, promotion ceremonies, and families simply wanting to document the beautiful season they’re in.

Every session is a reminder of how lucky I am to do this work. I'm forever grateful for the trust my clients place in me and for the lifelong friendships that have grown from this journey.

When I'm not behind the camera, I’m a long term care nurse, an avid reader, and enjoy traveling anywhere I can. Our favorite adventures are the ones we take as a family. Thank you for being here. I’d be honored to capture your story next.
